Mercado Libre 2019 — 2025

Senior Product Designer

Led design of payment and checkout experiences across the Mercado Pago ecosystem, shipping to millions across LATAM. Owned decisions end-to-end, from problem framing to shipped system, resolving trade-offs between business priorities and user behavior, and turning fragmented payment flows into consistent, reusable patterns across the product. Partnered with Product, IT and UX Research, validating key directions through field research, user interviews and prototype testing.

I'm a Senior Product Designer focused on complex systems and financial products, with 10+ years of experience designing end-to-end digital experiences.

I turn fragmented ecosystems into scalable, intuitive products — improving conversion, reducing errors and supporting real business outcomes.

My work sits at the intersection of product thinking, system design and execution.

AI is part of my daily workflow. I use tools like Claude to explore ideas, prototype, iterate, and move faster from design decisions to working experiences.

Currently based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I'm open to work.
